- Preheat oven to 220. Mix all ingredients well together except the oil from the peppers and the oil for browning patties.
- Form equal sized little sausage like shapes, handle them with care, they will be quite moist.
- Brown them very gently in a frying pan from all sides
- Put them carefully into a baking tin, finish cooking off in the preheated oven until cooked through. There should be no need to add any oil. They will cook perfectly fine in their own juices. Serve hot or eat cold. They also can be wrapped in foil and heated back up on BBQ
- Serve either with a tomato and garlic infused rice or crunchy chips or wedges.
