  1. Put warm water in a bowl, add salt n 2 table spoons salad oil and mix.
  2. Add in your mashed butternuts/ pumpkins n mix using your hands.
  3. Add brown flr and white flour bit by bit as you kneaf till you attain a smooth soft dough.
  4. Once done, cover it with a clean cotton cloth n let it relax for 10 mins.
  5. After 10 mins, put it in a floured surface. Cut it into 2 balls n roll each at a time.
  6. Apply oil on it n then cut it into stripes.
  7. Roll into balls n set a side.
  8. Roll each ball as you pre cook.
  9. Once done with pre cooking, put oil in a pan just a little and cook your chapos to a golden yellow/brown colour. -N/B Avoid too much oil.
  10. Enjoy your chapati with a good looking n tasty stew of your choice.
