Steps to make Green tofu spread:
  1. Put tofu cubes & kale/spinach leafs in a food processor and pulse till everything is chopped
  2. Add salad dressing & spices and turn to high speed till everything is blended well
  3. If you feel texture is to pasty, add oil of choice a little bit at a time while at high speed till you get the texture you want (I had to add about 1 tablespoon of avocado oil)
  4. Serve and enjoy! 😊

How to store this tofu spread. I do not recommend to freeze this dip. In a bowl, gently toss the tofu in olive oil until well coated. Place each piece of tofu in breading and gently press to make sure it sticks. In a food processor, dice the veggies and reserve in a separate bowl.
