  5. Beat the egg whites until soft picks and add them slowly. Melt the chocolate with 10ml of water.
  6. Wash and grate the orange's skin.
  7. Put 13 of the batter in another bowl, add the melted chocolate and the grated orange. If you want more orange flavour squeeze it to get some juice.
  8. Add the rest of baking powder to the part of the batter we didn't touch.
  9. Put the orange-flavoured part on the bottom of the mold. Bake for 30-40 minutes (20min. from the bottom and then 20min. from both sides.)
