- Heat EVOO in skillet, add asparagus, broccoli, salt, pepper & red pepper cook few minutes
- Add garlic, onions & salmon(if salmon is cold-just to heat it, if its already warm don't add) heat for few minutes
- Poor it all over your salad of choice, including all the EVOO then squeeze the lemon all over it!

Pan-searing salmon fillets in a sweet-and-spicy, Thai-style sauce creates a gorgeous caramelized crust, without overcooking the fish. Arrange the greens in a deep salad bowl, then add the salmon, tomatoes, and peppers followed by the capers and spring onion. In a small bowl or lidded jam jar combine the mustard, vinegar, and olive oil, add salt and pepper and mix vigorously.
