  3. Prepare 2 lb chicken thighs

  13. Take 1 cup olives, black ripened
  14. Make ready 12 cup castelvetrano olives

  16. Make ready 12 cup mayonnaise
  17. Get 12 tsp onion powder
  18. Take 14 cup chopped parsley
  19. Take 13 lb bacon
  20. Make ready 12 cup sour cream

For the dressing, blitz all of the ingredients in a food processor and add extra buttermilk or water if it needs loosening. For the salad, mix all of the ingredients loosely together and divide. Put the onion, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl and season to taste. Scatter the feta, olives and mint leaves on top.

Steps to make BCC salad:
  1. Mix the onion powder, sour cream, mayonnaise, and parsley. Set aside
  2. Crisp your bacon. Break or chop into pieces. Add to rest of dressing
  3. Chop, and salt and pepper, the chicken into bite sized pieces. Simmer in cola till done. Keep in liquids. Set aside let cool.
  4. Make sure the broccoli is cut into bite sized pieces. Mix broccoli, black and green olives, shredded cheese, grated cheese, pecan,salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix everything well serve hope you enjoy!
