The ingredients needed to make Asian Salad:
- Take 4 cups broccoli slaw
- Get 2 (3 oz.) packages beef ramen soup, broken up
- Prepare 1⁄4 cup sugar
- Make ready 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- Make ready 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- Get 1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
- Prepare 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
Remove from the heat and stir in the fish sauce. Soak the noodles in a bowl of warm water until soft, then drain and put back in the bowl. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Add the cabbage, carrots, spring onions, chillies and half the coriander.

- In a saucepan, bring the seasoning packets from the ramen noodles, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar to a boil until sugar is completely dissolved. Let dressing cool in the refrigerator (over night if possible).
- Mix together remaining ingredients, including the broken up ramen.
- Pour dressing over the salad once ready to serve
Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl and set aside. Add the cabbage, carrots, spring onions, chillies and half the coriander. DIRECTIONS Mix dressing ingredients in a jar and shake. Wash and tear lettuce into a bowl, add carrots, peppers, celery to bowl and toss. Put dressing and bowl on table with bean sprouts, nuts and sesame seeds in individual bowls and tell your guests to create their own salad.
