Add the broccoli, onions, and cranberries and toss to coat. Place the almonds and pepitas on the baking sheet, toss with the tamari, maple syrup, and smoked paprika and spread into a thin layer.

- In a medium sized serving bowl,toss together the broccoli, tomatoes,feta.
- In a small bowl,whisk together all of the dressing ingredients until emulsified. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- For the best flavour,let the salad rest for 30 minutes before serving so the broccoli has a chance to marinate in the bold, lemon dressing.
