This is one of my all time favorite slaw/salad dishes! I make this for a lot of picnics 🙂. I've never tried a slaw with anything other than cabbage. Place noodles in bottom of large serving bowl.
Steps to make Broccoli slaw with ramen salad:
- Combine slaw mix and green onions.
- Whisk together sugar, oil, vinegar, sauces, dried cilantro and ramen seasoning packet. Then pour over salad and toss evenly to coat.
- Mix together almonds & sunflower seeds; also add to slaw and dressing
- Refrigerate until chilled
- Crush ramen to add on top before serving. (I recommend crushing ramen in big ziplock bag with rolling pen, and storing separately to add each time prior to eating if more than once, so they stay crunchy!)
I've never tried a slaw with anything other than cabbage. Place noodles in bottom of large serving bowl. Top noodles with broccoli slaw, then sprinkle with almonds and sunflower kernels, and green onions. In a separate bowl combine sugar, oil, vinegar, and flavor packets from noodles. In large bowl, mix together broccoli slaw, almonds, craisins and broken Ramen noodles.
