Add the dressing to the vegetables and stir until coated. If desired, stir in sunflower seeds or dried cranberries. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, mustard, lemon juice and honey and whisk until well mixed. Taste and add more honey if needed.

  1. Make sure you have a big enough container!! This recipe will fill a 2qt container!
  2. Whisk all dressing ingredients together, set aside.
  3. Melt butter in pan while crushing ramen to small bits.
  4. Med-low heat Lightly saute the ramen and almonds in the butter until it's color is more buttery and it's tender (they shouldn't be soft though!)
  5. Toss ramen with broccoli slaw and sunflower kernels.
  6. Toss everything with dressing
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate to let the dressing set in.
  8. Optional additions (add in right before dressing): chopped green onions, 12 cup diced tomatoes, juice of one lime or lemon, 1 cup fresh spinach (I usually chop it up a bit). Play with flavors!
