Add the broccoli, onions, and cranberries and toss to coat. Place the almonds and pepitas on the baking sheet, toss with the tamari, maple syrup, and smoked paprika and spread into a thin layer.

  2. Cut broccoli into small pieces
  3. Mix broccoli, craisins, walnuts and bacon bits
  4. Stir mayo mixture into broccoli and then let it chill in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes

Add the broccoli, onions, and cranberries and toss to coat. Place the almonds and pepitas on the baking sheet, toss with the tamari, maple syrup, and smoked paprika and spread into a thin layer. Whisk until the mixture is well blended. Pour the dressing over the salad and stir until all of the broccoli is lightly coated in dressing.
