- Make ready (3) For Garnishing -
- Prepare as required Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Prepare 1 TSP Oregano
- Get 1 TSP Chilli Flakes
Let the salad hang out for a bit to soak up. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water and drain the pasta. While the pasta cooks, cook the bacon, chop the lettuce, halve the tomatoes, chop the red pepper and cook the peas, then make the breadcrumbs.
Instructions to make Spring Pasta Salad:
- (1) For salad dressing - - In a large bowl add olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar and mix well. Add mayonnaise and whisk for 2-3 minutes till white colour is formed like this.
- Add oregano, black pepper powder,cumin powder, sugar salt and mix well. Our salad dressing is ready.
- (2) For salad - - In the same dressing bowl add all veggies and pasta and mix well.
- Now keep this salad to get chilled in fridge for 2-3 hours and garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves, Oregano and Chilli Flakes and serve chilled.
