Add the broccoli, onions, and cranberries and toss to coat. Place the almonds and pepitas on the baking sheet, toss with the tamari, maple syrup, and smoked paprika and spread into a thin layer.

Instructions to make Broccoli Salad:
  1. Cook bacon, drain, crumble and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, onion and raisins.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar and mayonnaise. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Before serving, toss with crumbled bacon and sunflower seeds.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
