While the pasta cooks, cook the bacon, chop the lettuce, halve the tomatoes, chop the red pepper and cook the peas, then make the breadcrumbs. - (1) For salad dressing - - In a large bowl add olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar and mix well. Add mayonnaise and whisk for 2-3 minutes till white colour is formed like this.

- (2) For salad - - In the same dressing bowl add all veggies and pasta and mix well.
- Now keep this salad to get chilled in fridge for 2-3 hours and garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves, Oregano and Chilli Flakes and serve chilled.
