To make the dressing, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise and lemon zest and juice in a large bowl. Add the chicken, cucumber, cumin and almonds with the torn basil. Spray the pan with a little more oil and cook the pepper for three minutes on each side or until lightly charred and beginning to soften. Arrange the lettuce leaves, watercress, tomatoes, cucumber.

Steps to make Chicken salad:
  1. Put slanting slits to the chicken and apply red chilli powder,Turmeric,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste and salt to the chicken breast,mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  2. Now cut the broccoli into small pieces and shallow fry it for 2 minutes add little salt keep it aside
  3. Now cut the onion,green chillies,cherry tomatoes and lettuce leaves (don't cut the lettuce leaves break them into small pieces with your hand)
  4. Now shallow fry the chicken on medium flame 10 minutes each side.
  5. Now after frying the chicken cut it into small small pieces
  6. Put it in a bowl
  7. Add the broccoli and remaining cut ingredients
  8. Add mayonnaise,pepper powder,Salt and mix I well
  9. Serve it simply or with bread
