For the salad, mix all of the ingredients loosely together and divide. Put the onion, tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl and season to taste. Scatter the feta, olives and mint leaves on top. Sprinkle over the oregano and toss lightly.
Instructions to make BCC salad:
- Mix the onion powder, sour cream, mayonnaise, and parsley. Set aside
- Crisp your bacon. Break or chop into pieces. Add to rest of dressing
- Chop, and salt and pepper, the chicken into bite sized pieces. Simmer in cola till done. Keep in liquids. Set aside let cool.
- Make sure the broccoli is cut into bite sized pieces. Mix broccoli, black and green olives, shredded cheese, grated cheese, pecan,salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything well serve hope you enjoy!
Scatter the feta, olives and mint leaves on top. Sprinkle over the oregano and toss lightly. Drizzle over the oil and lemon juice. Slice the chicken, pile on top of the salad and spoon over the remaining sauce. Eat while the chicken is still warm.
