Cut the broccoli into bite-size pieces and cut the onion into thin bite-size slices. Combine with the bacon, raisins, your favorite nuts and mix well. For the salad, place the broccoli in a pan and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil.

- Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar..add as much as you need to make it taste right and put in fridge to chill
- Cut broccoli into small pieces

- Stir mayo mixture into broccoli and then let it chill in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes
For the salad, place the broccoli in a pan and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. In the bottom of a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, mayo, apple cider vinegar, mustard, maple syrup, garlic, and salt. Add the broccoli, onions, and cranberries and toss to coat. Place the almonds and pepitas on the baking sheet, toss with the tamari, maple syrup, and smoked paprika and spread into a thin layer.
