- Place bowl of Potatoes in fridge for 30-40mins to Chill & Marinade
- Add the Celery, Green Onions, Sweet Onions, Mayonnaise and Bacon, Toss well | Season with Fresh Cracked Pepper
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight | Serve Cold
