  9. Make ready 1 Bag Spring Salad Mix
  10. Get 1 Purple Onion, thinly sliced
  11. Get 2-3 Beefsteak Tomatoes, cubed
  12. Prepare 1 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  13. Take Poppy Seed Dressing (or your preference of dressing)

  2. In a medium saucepan make brown gravy according to the package directions (or you can make your own homemade). Once done set aside.
  3. Fill a large pot half way with water. Bring to a boil. Add 2tsps. Salt to boiling water. Then add the fettuccine noodles. Turn heat down to a low boil and cook noodles til tender. Stirring frequently so they don't stick to bottom of pot. Once done drain the water and add noodles back into pot. Add the beef tips and gravy. Mix well and heat on medium til heated through. Taste and season if need be. Serve immediately with Spring Salad 😊
  4. In a Large mixing bowl add salad mix, onion, cubed tomatoes, feta cheese, and dressing. Mix well til everything is coated in the dressing. Served immediately with the Beef and Noodles 😋
