Instructions to make Steamed Chocolate Cake:
  1. In a mixing bowl add Curd and sugar,,mix well till sugar dissolves.
  2. Add oil and mix it well again
  3. Add flour,cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda.Combine all the ingredients
  4. Add milk and batter is ready to steam.
  5. Pour the batter in baking pot with lid,for this use regular steel box with lid and keep in the steamer.
  6. Steam the cake on low heat for 60 minutes and then check it with toothpick. Allow it to cool.
  7. Whip malai for 1 minute,add chocolate syrup and apply on top of the cake.
  8. Grate and sprinkle the chocolates on it,the cake is ready to be served.
