  4. Insert Tomatoes and Carrots jullien in remaining half of Zucchini
  5. Now cut 12 inch thick zucchini rings.
  6. Serve with Soy sauce, Sri racha hot sauce, and mix 1Tbsp of chilli sauce and 1 Tbsp of Mayo to make pink sauce.

Gently stir the avocado, carrot, cucumber, and into the rice. For extra flavor, add some sesame seeds, cilantro and a mix of wasabi and soy sauce or tamari.
